Legal
Privacy Policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and the only personal data we ever see is what you send us yourself.
Who we are
This website is operated by NANTONG TULIP INDUSTRIES LTD. ("Tulip", "we"), a home textile manufacturer located at 1101-1104 Dragon Palace, 111 Xinjin Road, Tongzhou, Nantong, Jiangsu, China. For any privacy question, email skychen@tuliptex.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There are no embedded third-party widgets (such as map or social media embeds) that could set cookies on your device. That is why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp — typically your name, company, contact details and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your inquiry and handle any resulting business. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and requested pages — for security and to deliver the site. These logs are handled under the hosting provider’s own privacy terms and are not used by us to identify visitors.
External links
Links to external services — for example WhatsApp (Meta) or Google Maps — open on those providers’ own websites or apps, where their privacy policies apply. Nothing loads from those services while you browse this site.
Retention and your rights
Business correspondence is kept as long as needed for the inquiry and any legal or accounting requirements, then deleted. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email skychen@tuliptex.com.
Changes
If we add features that change how data is handled (for example analytics), we will update this page first. The date below reflects the latest revision.
