Custom Throw Blankets & Cushions, Designed and Made in Nantong

Both — Tulip is an integrated manufacturer and exporter. Production runs in our own ~8,000 m² factory in Xingdong Town, Nantong, China, with around 100 employees, while our trade team handles export documentation and logistics directly.

We lead with throw blankets — faux fur / faux rabbit fur, sherpa, flannel fleece, teddy, jacquard and double-layer reversible — and decorative cushions, from throw pillows and scatter cushions to cuddle, bolster and floor cushions. We also make rugs and bedding sets. Main production is 100% polyester.

Yes. Our 5-person design team adjusts design, materials, construction and techniques to reach a version that can be mass-produced at your price. Design takes 3–5 days; once you approve it, physical samples take 10–15 days. We also produce to your own artwork or from our pattern library.

We export primarily to the United States, Europe and the Middle East, developing for retail private-label programs, home textile brands, importers and wholesalers. Tulip products have been carried by QVC, TJ Maxx, Ross, BJ's, OHS, and our factory has passed their factory audits.

MOQ depends on the product category, fabric and level of customization — a stock pattern runs lower than a fully custom jacquard or embroidery program. As an integrated factory we set MOQs case by case; tell us your target quantity and we will confirm feasibility directly.

Design development takes 3–5 days and physical sampling 10–15 days. Bulk lead times vary with order volume, customization and season, and repeat orders run quicker than new developments. Share your target delivery date and we will confirm a production schedule together with the quotation.
