With these we can quote directly; if something is missing we reply with clarifying questions first.
How do I order samples?
Tell us which products you are evaluating, or send a reference image for a new development. The buyer prepays the sample and courier charges; both are refunded once the bulk order is confirmed. New-development samples take 10–15 days after you approve the design.
Can we visit or inspect the factory?
Yes. Our factory is at No. 23 Dongfei Road, Xingdong Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong, Jiangsu, China, near Nantong Xingdong International Airport. Buyers are welcome to visit, and we accept inspection by your appointed third-party inspection agency or your China office.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order and depend on order value and cooperation history. Typical export practice — a deposit with the balance settled against shipping documents — applies to most first orders; exact terms are confirmed together with your quotation.
Which trade terms (Incoterms) do you quote?
We export worldwide and can quote FOB, CIF or other Incoterms depending on your logistics setup. Tell us your destination port and preferred terms, and we will include them in the quotation.
