OEM / ODM
OEM & ODM Throw Blankets and Cushions
Tulip develops private-label throw blankets and cushions for retail programs and importers, starting from your reference image and target price. Our 5-person in-house design team in Nantong, China proposes a design in 3–5 days, adjusting materials, construction and techniques to hit the price. Physical samples take 10–15 days after you approve the design, and bulk runs to the approved pre-production sample in our own factory, packed to your retail specification.
Development Process
Six Steps From Brief to Bulk
Design comes first; we sample only after you approve it. Times shown are typical for a new development.
-
01 Brief
Send a reference image, your target price, quantity, target market and packaging needs — or your own artwork.
-
02 Design 3–5 days
Our 5-person design team adjusts design, materials, construction and techniques to reach a version that can be mass-produced at your price.
-
03 Design approval
You review the design and request changes. We start sampling only once you approve it.
-
04 Physical sample 10–15 days
The buyer prepays the sample and courier charges; both are refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
-
05 PP sample & colours
One colourway is made as the pre-production sample; the other colourways are approved as colour swatches.
-
06 Bulk, inspection & packing
Bulk follows the approved PP sample in our own factory, your inspector can check the goods on site, and we pack to your retail specification.
Design & Sample Room
Where Your Program Is Developed
Our design team works alongside the sample room, with our pattern library and samples from past production to start from.
Development Case
Football-Print Cuddle Cushion
A 78 × 45 × 40 cm cuddle cushion in 230 GSM printed flannel with soft filling. Our design team prepared the design board — front, side and top views plus a print swatch at actual scale — and the approved design then ran in bulk on our own sewing floor.
