Inside Our Nantong Factory
Tulip's own factory is at No. 23 Dongfei Road, Xingdong Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong, Jiangsu, China — near Nantong Xingdong International Airport. Around 100 employees take every throw blanket and cushion order through twelve in-house stations across ~8,000 m², from fabric cutting and computerized embroidery to filling, inspection and export packing. One factory, one quality standard, no outsourced steps — and buyers and their inspectors are welcome on site.

From Approved Sample to Bulk
How we keep every bulk order consistent with the sample you approved — and how you can check it yourself.

01 Pre-production sample
One colourway is made as the pre-production (PP) sample. Once you approve it, it becomes the standard for quality and workmanship.

02 Colour approval
The other colourways are submitted as colour swatches for your approval.

03 Bulk to standard
Bulk production follows the approved PP sample and colour swatches.

04 Gold seal sample
Before shipment we can send you a gold seal sample to confirm.

05 Your inspection
Your appointed third-party inspection agency or your China office can inspect the goods at our factory.

06 Rework
Any non-conforming goods found at inspection are reworked promptly.

Factory Questions
Which production steps are done in-house?
All of them. Every order runs through our 12 in-house stations — fabric cutting, computerized embroidery, sewing and special sewing, filling blowing, closing, pre-inspection, vacuum packing, pallet packing and storage for shipment — in our ~8,000 m² factory in Xingdong Town, Nantong. Design and sample development are handled by our 5-person in-house design team.
How can I verify that Tulip is a real factory?
Check certificate SHHO 075738 on the OEKO-TEX Label Check — the certificate owner is Nantong Tulip Industries Ltd. amfori members can look up our BSCI audit under amfori ID 156-067797-001, and our EU REACH test reports are available on request. Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We accept inspection at our factory by the buyer's appointed third-party inspection agency or by the buyer's China office. If inspection finds non-conforming goods, we rework them promptly.
How do you keep bulk production consistent with the approved sample?
We make one colourway as the pre-production (PP) sample, which sets the standard for quality and workmanship, and submit colour swatches for the other colourways. Bulk follows the approved PP sample and swatches, we can send a gold seal sample before shipment, and any non-conforming goods found at inspection are reworked.
