Inside Our Factory
Tulip runs the full production process in-house at our ~8,000 m² facility in Nantong, Jiangsu — China's home textile hub. Around 100 employees take every order through twelve stations, from fabric cutting and computerized embroidery to filling, stitching, inspection and export packing. One factory, one quality standard, no outsourced steps.
